UK Delivery Charges
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, with FREE standard delivery on orders of £100 or more.
Express UK delivery is available for £6.99.
Selected AS3 Performance products qualify for FREE UK standard delivery, including when purchased alongside other DE2.PARTS products.
International delivery charges are calculated by destination and parcel weight at checkout. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Orders are dispatched from UK stock.
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly during normal business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the service selected at checkout and the destination.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Some larger, specialist items may have different delivery arrangements. Where this applies, the relevant information will be shown on the product page or confirmed with you before dispatch.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.
Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, returned goods should be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging.
Do not return goods to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Once your return has been authorised, we will provide the correct returns address and any relevant instructions.
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
This returns information does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
