Terms, Privacy & Product Information

Terms, Privacy & Product Information

These terms apply to purchases made from DE2®.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & FITMENT

We take care to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and fitment information.

Motorcycle parts can vary between model years, markets and individual machines. Where manufacturer part numbers, dimensions or fitment information are supplied, customers should check compatibility before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your motorcycle, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.

Photographs are intended to represent the product being supplied. Packaging, labelling, finish or minor manufacturing details may occasionally vary.

NOS & DISCONTINUED PARTS

Some products offered by DE2® are NOS (New Old Stock), discontinued or older genuine parts.

NOS items may show age-related marks, storage wear or older packaging while remaining unused. Where we consider this significant, we will make it clear in the product description or photographs.

PRICES & VAT

Prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£).

Where applicable, prices include UK VAT.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, stock or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

ORDERS

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed and processed it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine stock error, pricing error, suspected fraud or another reasonable reason why the order cannot be fulfilled.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

DELIVERY

Delivery information, dispatch times and shipping arrangements are covered on our Delivery page.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & FAULTY GOODS

Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to cancel or return an order.

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable exceptions.

Goods supplied must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality where required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

WARRANTIES

Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms and conditions.

Any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

INSTALLATION & USE

Motorcycle components should be fitted correctly and, where appropriate, by a suitably competent person.

Parts relating to brakes, suspension, steering, wheels, engines or other safety-critical systems must be installed and checked correctly before use.

DE2® cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect installation, modification, misuse, inappropriate application or failure to follow the relevant manufacturer's instructions.

This does not exclude liability which cannot legally be excluded.
