DE2.PARTS — Shipping & Delivery Policy

DE2.PARTS is a UK-based business supplying motorcycle parts and accessories.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly and provide reliable, competitively priced delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to selected International destinations.

United Kingdom Delivery

Standard Delivery — £4.99

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

  • FREE standard delivery on orders of £100 or more.

Express Delivery — £6.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or outside normal processing hours may be dispatched on the next working day.

European Union Delivery

We ship to all 27 European Union member countries.

  • Shipping charges: £14.99–£24.99.

  • Estimated delivery: 4–14 business days.

  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout according to shipment weight.

International Delivery — Rest of World

We currently offer shipping to selected destinations outside the European Union.

  • Shipping charges: £23.99–£44.99.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.

  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout according to shipment weight.

Available delivery destinations and applicable rates are confirmed during checkout.

Heavy or Multiple-Item Orders

Our standard international checkout currently supports parcels weighing up to approximately 2kg, including packaging.

We are happy to arrange shipping for heavier or larger orders, including multiple motorcycle chains, sprockets and other components.

If your order exceeds our automatic shipping limits, please contact us for an individual shipping quotation before placing your order.

We will calculate the most appropriate delivery service based on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and available carriers.

There is no fixed maximum order quantity, although shipping arrangements remain subject to carrier restrictions and availability.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Additional Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT/GST, local taxes, customs clearance fees, handling charges and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, all such import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient and are not included in DE2.PARTS shipping charges.

DE2.PARTS, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce and any other appointed shipping carrier are not responsible for paying these charges on behalf of the purchaser, except where required by law or expressly agreed as part of the shipping service.

Where applicable, the purchaser must pay these charges directly to the relevant customs authority or shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for checking their destination country's import requirements before ordering.

Customs clearance procedures and delays may affect delivery times. All shipments remain subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery or unpaid import charges, any applicable return and reshipping costs may be charged to the purchaser, subject to their statutory rights.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided where supported by the selected delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
